1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, reserving juice
½ c. cranberry juice cocktail
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3-oz.) pkg. raspberry-flavoured gelatin
1 (14-oz.) can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
½ c. chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine reserved pineapple juice, cranberry juice and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat.
2. Add gelatin, stirring until it is completely dissolved.
3. Break up cranberry sauce with a fork. Stir into gelatin mixture.
4. Refrigerate until mixture begins to set.
5. Stir in pineapple & celery.
6. Pour into a 4-cup mold. Chill until firm.
7. Makes 8 servings.
