Ingredients:  
1 lb. kielbasa but into chunks
Carrots - as many as you like, peeled and cut into chunks (I use baby carrots, no peeling and cutting necessary)
2-3 potatoes cut into chunks
Beef bouillon or beef broth (enough to mostly cover the carrots and potatoes)
Black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. ground Thyme
1/2 tsp. ground Marjoram

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and continue cooking until the carrots and potatoes are tender (about 25-30 minutes).
