1 large can refried beans
3 large very ripe avocados
1 bunch green onions
2 TB mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pint sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (1/4 c.)
diced tomatoes
grated cheese
sliced olives

Directions:
Directions:
Spread can of refried beans in a glass 9x13" dish. Mash peeled and seeded avocados and mix with chopped green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Spread over beans. Mix 1/3 - 1/2 of taco seasoning packet -- to taste -- with sour cream. Spread over guacamole layer. Top with diced tomatoes, then cheese then olives. Good without the beans as well. Serve with chips. To save time, buy prepared guacamole instead of making it yourself.
