2 small onions
1 large carrot
1 large stalk celery
1/2 cup celery leaves
1 clove garlic minced
salt / pepper to taste
1 28 oz can tomatoes
8 cups chicken / beef broth
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup uncooked macaroni pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1-2 tsp vegetable oil in a dutch oven. Chop vegetables and soften in the oil.
When vegetables have softened add the tomatoes, broth and worcestershire sauce.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 40-45 minutes then bring back to a boil and add the pasta. Cook for another 8-10 minutes.
