4 c. diced chicken or turkey
3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. green onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dice leftover chicken or turkey. Cut up water chestnuts (if not pre-sliced) and green onion. Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, salt, and milk together until smooth. Pour over cooked rice and chicken/turkey; mix together. Add other ingredients (makes a very large casserole dish full). Top with Chinese noodles (or crushed potato chips or Rice Chex). Cover and bake in a 350º oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
