Directions:
Place the whole fillet, skin down on a large piece of aluminum foil. Generously sprinkle the top of the fish with the Cavender's Greek seasoning. Place the slices of lemon over the top of the fish making sure they touch each other. Slice the butter and place over the lemon. Sprinkle the capers on top of everything.

Get another piece of aluminum foil and cover the fillet. Crimp the edges together to seal the packet closed. Place packet on a cookie sheet and put in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 20 - 30 min or until cooked through.

Pull packet out of oven and let rest for 5 min. Open packet, remove lemon slices and serve!

Personal Notes:
This fish was the first time I was able to get my picky son to eat Salmon! Now he asks for it all the time. I love how easy it is and there's no clean up since everything is cooked in aluminum foil.
