1 - 1.5 lbs. of ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 small cans of tomato juice (approx. 14 oz. each)
2 cans of chili beans or kidney beans
1 chili seasoning packet
1 bottle of Heinz Chili Sauce
Whole cloves - 4 or more
Brown Sugar - approx. 1 TBSP.

Brown the ground beef and add the chopped onion. Cook and then drain off any extra fat.
Return the mixture to pan and add chili seasoning mix, beans, chili sauce,tomato juice, cloves and two chili seasoning bottles of water. Stir and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer. Taste. You can add more water if you prefer. Add brown sugar to taste. Simmer and serve with crackers or PB&J.

This was Uncle Greg's FAVORITE! The recipe actually came from Dolores and was one of the first recipes I requested from her when we were newly married. It's pretty tasty and can be frozen for later. Enjoy!
