6 large cucumbers
11 med size onions
5 or 6 green peppers

2 pt. vinegar
3 cup sugar
1 pt. water
1 T mixed spices

Directions:
Directions:
Slice ingredients above into 1/4 inch thick, sprinkle salt over them, let stand a few hours, drain. Mix vinegar, sugar, water, and mixed spices together. Cook until heated through, put in a small amount of pickles at a time. Just before lifting from vinegar stir in 1/2 tsp. curry powder. Seal while hot.
