2 lb. green peppers
2 lb. ripe tomatoes
2 sweet red peppers
2 sweet green peppers
3/4 qt. onions
1 head of cabbage
1 bunch of celery

Directions:
Directions:
Chop very fine in wooden bowl and add 6 T salt and let stand over night. Then drain. Add 1 qt. of white vinegar and 3 cups brown sugar. In small cloth bag put 1 stick cinnamon, 1 tsp. whole cloves, 1 tsp. dry mustard. Boil all together for 30 minutes, take out sack, pour pickles in jars and seal at once.
