4 cups chopped fruit (I did a green apple*, strawberries and blackberries)
*be sure to peel apple
juice from one lemon
1/2 cup of water
cinnamon
organic raw honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven as low as it can go (mine can only go to 170 which is fine)

1. Combine fruit, lemon juice, and water in a medium sauce pan on low heat
2. Simmer for 10-15 minutes
3. Let cool for a few minutes and then pour mixture into a blender until smooth
4. Pour blended mixture back into sauce pan on low heat
5. Add cinnamon and honey (to taste based on your preference of sweetness)
6. Pour mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
7. Place in oven for 6-11 hours (depending on thickness of fruit leather and sometimes one section will dry faster, so turn the tray occasionally to help keep the drying even)
8. Carefully peel fruit leather off sheet and cut into strips
9. Roll in plastic wrap for storage
