1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans (optional)
1 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 carton of Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
3 - 3.5 oz pkg. instant pudding (chocolate or lemon)
4 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer: Cream butter and flour together. Add nuts. Pat in bottom of 9x13" pan and bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Put in fridge to cool.
2nd layer: Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, &1 c. powdered sugar together. Spread on cooled crust. Cool.
3rd layer: Mix pudding and milk together. When stiff, spread on top of 2nd layer.
4th layer: Whip whipping cream with a few tablespoons of powdered sugar to sweeten. When stiff, spread on chilled 3rd layer.
Keep in refrigerator until time for dessert!
