6 spinach wraps (or your favorite kind)
½ c. chipotle Mayo (or mix ½ c. mayo with 2 tsp. taco seasoning)
2 oz. Colby Jack shredded cheese
¼ lb. deli ham, thin slice
¼ lb. deli turkey, thin slice
carrots, shredded
spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Spread mayo evenly over each wrap, about 1 tbsp. per wrap.
Evenly sprinkle cheese over mayo leaving 2" of end of wrap uncovered.
Add carrots, ham, turkey and spinach on top of cheese, leaving same 2" of end of wrap uncovered except for mayo.
Beginning at wrap end covered with food items, roll to mayo side only.
Can be cut in half and served. Or wrap individually in Saran Wrap®, and then place in Ziploc® bags, refrigerate overnight. Travels easy to boat!
