4 guineos, cortados en pedazos
4 tazas vainilla de poca grasa o yogurt de guineo
4 tazas de mantequilla de mani suave con poca grasa y poca azucar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mezcle la mitad de cada ingredient en la liquadora
2. Mezcle hast que quede suave
3. Repeta pasos 1 y 2 con el resto de los ingredientes
4. Echelos in tazas de postres individuales y refrigere hasta el tiempo de
servirlos.


Variacion: Remplaze el guineo por salsa de manzana para una
combinacion unica o use una variedad de sabores de yogurt.

Sugerencia practica: Revuelva la mezcla a menudo para estar seguro
que esta bien mezclada.
Mezclando la mitad de los ingredientes poco a poco
