3 medium fresh tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion or green onions
1 Anaheim chili pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped, fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix all together and let set for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.
