1 pt. strawberries, sliced
1 medium sweet onion,diced
1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 lime, juiced
4 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. minced garlic
3 pinches fresh cilantro

Combine all the prepped ingredients in a medium bowl, stir & serve chilled.

I recommend wearing latex gloves when working with the jalapeno. The inside of the pepper is the hottest so discard all of it. I also buy a small jar or minced garlic in the produce section rather than having to peel fresh.
