Marinated Cheese Recipe

1/2 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
3 TBS. fresh parsley, chopped
3 TBS. green onions, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp dry basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cloves minced garlic
2oz jar pimentos, drained and chopped
1 block medium or sharp cheddar cheese (8-10oz size)
8oz cream cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheeses in a shaker. Shake and chill overnight. (or at least 4-6 hours). Slice and alternate cheeses in a shallow dish. Pour dressing over cheese 5 minutes before serving.
