12 Slices of Pumpernickel Cocktail Bread, cut diagonally into 2 triangles
3 T. Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1 Medium unpeeled Red or Green Pear, thinly sliced, cut in half
2 T. Roasted Red Bell Peppers (from 7 oz. jar), chopped and drained
1/3 c. Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/3 c. Walnuts, chopped
Fresh Marjoram Leaves of Fresh Chives, chopped

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F

Place bread on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Spread bread with mayonnaise. Top with pear slices, bell pepper pieces, cheese, walnuts, and marjoram. Serve immediately.
