1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1 Tablespoon onion flakes
1 Tablespoon chicken soup base (I often use 2 Tbsp)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ¾ cup water
2/3 cup milk
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
2 prepared pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
1) Put one prepared pie crust in pie pan
2) Heat butter over low heat until melted
3) Stir in flour, onion flakes, soup base, salt and pepper until smooth
4) Add water and milk stirring constantly
5) Heat to boiling and boil 1 minutes while stirring
6) Stir in chicken/turkey and frozen vegetables
7) Pour mixture into pie pan with pie crust in it
8) Put on top crust and cut slits in top crust
9) Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown
