1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 cans Del Monte Italian stewed tomatoes (chop tomatoes)
12 oz cooked & crumbled ground beef (from 16 oz raw ground beef)
Sliced, pitted black olives (optional)
teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
6 slices American cheese
1 to 2 cups cooked egg noodles

1) Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray (Pam) and set over medium heat
2) Add onion and celery and cook until vegetable are softened, 2 to 3 minutes
3) Add tomatoes (with their liquid), beef, olives, salt and pepper and mix well
4) Cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is warm & vegetables are tender, 5 to 7 minutes
5) Add cheese and noodles and cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted and noodles are heated, 2 to 3 minutes
6) Makes 6 servings
