1 pkg. (8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups oats
2/3 cup plain M&Ms
1 cup semi-chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, four and vanilla. Stir in the oats, M&Ms and chocolate chips. Store in the refrigerator until serving.

Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, apple slices, vanilla wafers....Yum!

I made this for our annual New Year's Eve party, and it was one of the first items to be completely eaten.
