1 cup corn flakes
1 cup milk
1 glove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
2 lbs ground beef

3 Tablespoons butter
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 Tablespoons flour
1 (10 ½ oz) can condensed beef broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine corn chips, milk, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper into a large pan
2) Add ground beef and mix well
3) Shape into small meatballs and place in a large shallow pan
4) Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes, turning the meatballs once

5) Melt butter in a 3 quart saucepan
6) Add onion and cook until tender
7) Blend in flour
8) Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce
9) Cook, stirring until mixture comes to a boil
10) Reduce heat and blend in sour cream; heat but do not boil
11) Add gravy to meatballs and serve over mashed potatoes
