2 eggs, beaten
dash salt
2-3 tablespoons milk
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add enough flour to first three ingredients to form dough.
Roll out thin and cut in strips.
Drop into boiling water, stirring with fork. Cook 20-25 minutes.
Drain and rinse with very hot water.
Melt butter in pan and add noodles. Cook until browned.

I've never rinsed the noodles before browning. These noodles were served at every Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve dinner. Pap Pap ate them topped with cottage cheese, and now I have to have cottage cheese on my noodles! Delicious!
