Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb. /680 gm)
Marinade:
2 tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp. liquid honey
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. minced green onions (with white parts)
1 tbsp. grated ginger
2 tsp. grated orange zest
1 tsp. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Place chicken breasts in a large, heavy duty, resealable plastic bag. Add marinate and seal bag. Turn bag several times to coat chicken with the marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight if possible. Preheat grill to medium setting. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a grill rack that has been coated with cooking spray or lightly brushed with oil. Discard marinade or see personal notes below. Grill for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in the middle and a meat thermometer reads 165 º F. Be careful not to overcook or the meat will be dry.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you want to baste the chicken with the used marinate, boil it first to kill any bacteria that may be present. Can use boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts.
