Chicken (cut up or breasts)

Dip for cut-up chicken:
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Crumb topping for chicken:
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Grease a baking dish.

Dip or brush chicken with mustard and milk, mixed.

Roll chicken in mixed bread crumbs and cheese.

Bake until chicken is crisp all over (40 minutes for whole cut-up chicken, less if just breasts).
