1 T. Crisco or PAM spray
2 c. mashed potato. hot and seasoned
1 1/2 c. gravy
2 c. cold lamb or pork, cut into cubes

Preheat oven to 375º. Grease a shallow baking dish 8" x 8:. Spread 1/2" layer of mashed potato in dish. Fill with meat and gravy. Garnish top with remaining mashed potato. Bake for 20 minutes.
