1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 1/2 cup oats, uncooked (quick or old fashioned)
1 cup plain M&Ms
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degree F.

Cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
Add flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.

Stir in oats until well blended. Mix in M&Ms and chocolate chips.

*Key part: Drop piles about the size of a baseball onto cookie sheets. (I place 4 rows of 2 on each sheet).
No need to form into balls or press flat.

Bake until tops just start to brown. (approx. 6-8 minutes) Remove from oven. Once cool, wrap each cookie in plastic wrap for individual serving or take them to-go! Enjoy!

These are the best cookies! I often make these prior to a trip or when company is coming over. People love them and they are easy to pack in a bag for an on-the-go snack. The key is make them big and wrap them individually in plastic wrap. This extra step is totally worth it!
