1-2 cups leftover gravy*
2 cups cooked turkey, diced
2 cups leftover dressing
1 cup leftover mashed potatoes
1 cup leftover peas
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
2 cups cooked wide egg noodles
1/4 cup onion, chopped - skip if there’s lots of onion in the gravy

1. Spray 12X9 pan with Pam.
2. Add everything else.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
4. Cut in squares to serve.

Can substitute 1 1/2 cups milk and 1 can cream of mushroom soup for leftover gravy. Can add 1/4 cup chopped nuts or water chestnuts for variation.

I loved this casserole as much as the actual Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner and it was a whole lot easier and faster to make!
