1/4 tz mantequilla sin sal
2 pechugas de pollo con hueso, con piel
4 papas, peladas y cortadas in cubitos de una pulgada
4 zanahorias, peladas y cortadas en 1/2 pulgada rondas
3 tallos de apio, corte en pedazos de 1/2 pulgada
1 cda romero
1 cdta hojas de tomillo limon
1/2 cdta pimenton picante ahumado
1/2 cdta polvo de ajo
1/2 cdta sal sazonada
1/4 cdta pimienta blanca molida
sal y pimienta negra molida, al gusto

Directions:
Derrite la mantequilla en un sarten grande sobre fuego medio. Ponga el pollo en la mantequilla, con la piel hacia abajo; cocine el pollo en la mantequilla caliente hasta que comiense a dorrar y que este crujiente, como 5 minutos.
Boltea el pollo. Arelga las papas, zanahorias, y apio alrededor del pollo.
Pica el romero y el tomillo limon juntos; espolvorea encima del pollo y los vegetales. Sazona todo con el resto del las especias.
Tapa el sarten hasta que el pollo este bien cocido y el jugo este claro, 40-45 minutos.
Un termometro instante debe leer 165 grados.
