Sea salt

bowtle pasta
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook your bowtie pasta Al dentate.

In a heavy saucepan melt your butter and add your shallots and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes and add your salmon, vodka and salt-and-pepper. Simmer for three or four minutes and add your clam juice, tomato sauce, and cream. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until reduced. Add your green peas and sauté a minute more.

Next add your pasta to the pan and toss and cook for three or four minutes allowing the pasta to finish cooking and absorb the excess juices.

Serve immediately and garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Personal Notes:
This can be a heavy dish. It's rich. Be careful with the smoked salmon. It can be very strong in flavor. If you add to much salmon the smokey flavor can over power the dish! I know because I did it.
