Two Crust Variations
Vanilla
1 1/3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
6 Tablespoons melted butter
¼ cup sugar

Press into 9” pie pan. Chill. Bake at 375º for 5 minutes. Chill again before adding filling.

Chocolate - Preferred
1 1/3 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
5 Tablespoons melted butter
Press into 9” pie pan. Chill. Do not bake.

Filling
24 large marshmallows
2/3 cup milk
½ pint whipping cream
1 ounce creme de coca
1 ounces green cream de menthe
Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt marshmallows in milk until syrupy. Cool.
2. Add creme de menthe and creme de cocoa.
3. Fold in whipped cream (whip first?). Pour into crust. Chill thoroughly before serving.
4. Decorate with whipped cream topped with a maraschino cherry, chocolate wafer crumbs if using chocolate crust, or shaved chocolate. Makes a nice Christmas dessert.
