1 large can pumpkin (Libby’s)
6 eggs (if small eggs, use 7-8), slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
salt to taste
3 heaping teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 undiluted cans of condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Prepare pie crust. Set aside. *Gramma Miller says use Pillsbury pie dough in red box from refrigerator shelf in store. Follow directions on the box for single crust pie.
3. Mix rest of ingredients.
4. Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Reduce heat to 350º and bake till knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 45 minutes).
