3 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 cup of flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
A dash of salt
Two whole eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 to 425°

Combine all the ingredients except the sour cream and milk. Add half your milk and whisk until smooth. Add the rest of the milk and continued to whisk until smooth. Add your sour cream and 2 1/2 tablespoons of the butter and thoroughly combined.

Pour your mixture into a nonstick skillet with about 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the pan and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until a knife or toothpick comes out smooth and your popover is golden on top.

Once it is cook slide it off onto a plate. You will notice that it creates almost a natural bowl. You can fill it with jams jellies fruits whip cream whatever you like.

This is extremely simple to do and children love it. It's a great start on a wonderful dessert and the combinations are endless.
