4 burrito size tortillas or wraps
6 tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese
4 oz. provolone cheese, thinly sliced
4 oz. salami, thinly sliced
4 oz. capicolla or ham, thinly sliced
1/2 cup roasted bell peppers
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooking spray
Marinara or pizza sauce, heated for serving

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º

Arrange one-fourth each of meats and cheeses and roasted bell peppers over center of each tortilla, leaving border around edges.

Fold up "wrap fashion".

Place seam side down on foil covered baking sheet.

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese

Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Slice each "Stromboli" on diagonal and serve with marinara/pizza sauce.
