4 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup sugar
6 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/4 cups Guinness Extra Stout beer, room temperature
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, beat eggs and sugar together; set aside. In a microwavable bowl, add butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips; melt in microwave for 30 seconds or more. Add cocoa powder; set aside. Pour slightly cooled chocolate mixture into egg mixture; incorporate well. Add beer; mix well. Add flour and salt; incorporate by hand. Add semisweet chocolate chips by hand. Pour into a buttered and floured 9x9-inch pan and bake in a preheated 350º oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife stuck into the center comes out clean.

I made these for our annual "Wine & Chocolate" event and everyone went crazy for them! The beer gives these brownies a moist, dense texture. I have substituted chocolate beer instead of Guinness and they are even more amazing!
