1 lb de carne molida sin grasa (qualquier carne molida)
1/2 tz sebolla picada
1 pimiento verde dulce, picada, como una 1/2 taza
1 lata (14.5 oz) de tomate picado, sin escurrir
1 lata (8 oz) salsa de tomate
1/2 cdta hoja de albahaca, picado en pedacitos
1/2 cdta hoja de oregano, frota con las manos
1/2 cdta polvo de ajo o un diente de ajo, picado
1 1/2 cdta de sal
1/4 cdta pimienta
8 oz ziti or macarron, cocido y escurrido
2 tz (8 oz) queso de mozarella rallado, dividido

Directions:
Cosine la carne molida, sebolla, y pimiento verde en un sarten grande hasta que la sebolla este tierna y la carne este poquito cafecita. Escure la grasa; agrega tomate, salsa de tomate, albahaca, oregano, polvo de ajo, sal, y pimienta. Revuelve bien; revuelva el ziti o macacrron y 1 taza de queso; transfere a un cazuela de 2 1/2 quatro. Cubre con el resto del queso. Hornea a 350 grados por 25-30 minutos, o hasta caliente y burbujeante.
