1 gal. beef broth
1 1/2 lb. beef stew eat
1/2 gal. water plus 1 tbsp.+ beef base
1- #10 can diced tomatoes
2 c. frozen chopped onion
3-4 c. chopped carrots
3 c.chopped celery and leaves
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. basil

Directions:
Cook above ingredients 1 1/2 hours. Remove bay leaves. Add 6-8 c. potatoes and cook 30 minutes. Then add 1 lb. pkg. frozen green beans, 1 lb. pkg. frozen peas, and 1 lb. pkg. frozen corn. Cook another 20-30 minutes on low. Taste for salt and pepper.
