1 gal chicken broth
1 1/2 gal water plus and at least 3 Tb. soup base
2 c. chopped frozen onion
6-8 c. cooked chicken
1 stalks celery
basil and sage to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil and simmer about 1 1/2-2 hours. Remove celery. Add yellow food color. Add 2 1/2 lb. frozen egg noodles and cook until tender.- 30 minutes. Season to taste with onion salt, celery salt, and white pepper. Add 1/4 tsp. mace or allspice. Add 1 tbsp. parsley flakes.
