2 cups skimmed milk
1 Tablespoon safflower oil

Directions:
Next morning put blender on high and whip till foamy for about 30 seconds. When finished drinking, wash out blender, make tomorrow's batch and put in the fridge until next morning.

***IMPORTANT*** When you start out, use only 1/2 teaspoon yeast for the first couple of days, then go to 1 teaspoon, then 2 teaspoons, then 1 Tablespoon, then 1 heaping Tablespoon, etc., till you reach 4 heaping
Tablespoons (about 3 weeks). You should start right out with 4 heaping Tablespoons of lecithin. If you want a thinner milkshake, add more skimmed milk.

I was under a lot of stress when I first discovered this recipe. It was amazing how much difference I felt in my body and my life. It brought me out of anxiety and depression. That being said, it doesn't taste all that good until you get used to the flavor of the yeast, but it is worth it. It really works!
