1 small red onion chopped
1 small can diced chilies (for hot use jalapeņos)*
2 small cans black olives (sliced or wedges)
1 medium tomato, chopped
guacamole (using about 3 avocados)
1 cup sour cream (small container)
3/4 pound grated cheddar cheese
