"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

1 1/2-2 pounds of ground beef
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. Worchester Sauce
2 tbsp. A1 Steak Sauce
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
8 oz. can tomato sauce

Combine all ingredients together with your hands except for the tomato sauce. Once combined, depending on how moist it is, add approximately half of the can of tomato sauce. Form into a loaf and place in a greased pan. Spread the remaining tomato sauce on top of the loaf. Add about 1 cup of water to the pan. Bake at 350 for an hour. Drain drippings from the pan to make a gravy.
