1 pound Italian sausage (hot or sweet)
2 jars Pasta sauce
1 box Rigatoni or ziti
16 oz Ricotta
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
2 Eggs
Italian Herbs (basil, oregano, thyme - whatever you have)

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of baking pan with pasta sauce to prevent sticking
Cook pasta to al dente. When done, drain and set aside. Pour remaining of 1st jar pasta sauce over the pasta.
Cook sausage, drain and slice.
In large bowl, combine 2 beaten eggs, ricotta and handful of shredded mozzarella. Add some Italian herbs.
Layer ingredients into baking pan as follows:
Pasta, sausage, spoonfuls of ricotta mixture, scantily drizzle with sauce
and repeat, ending with final scant layer of pasta and sauce.
Cover with mozzarella
Bake @ 350 for 45 to 60 minutes (bubbly)
