Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 loaves frozen bread dough, slightly thawed
4.6 oz. box of Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding mix, do not use instant
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13-inch pan. Spread chopped nuts on the bottom. Slice the bread dough in half lengthwise and then chop into pieces about 1-inch thick. Lay pieces of dough on top of nuts in a single layer. In a bowl, combine dry pudding mix, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and milk. Spread mixture over bread. Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator. Allow dough to rise overnight. For large fluffy buns, let them rise overnight on your kitchen counter, not in the refrigerator. In the morning, bake in a preheated 350º oven for 20-30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
These breakfast cinnamon rolls are the best! If you have never worked with yeast dough, this recipe is easy and tastes like it took hours to prepare. One great thing about Ben's Buns is you can make them the night before and just bake them in the morning. I use to bring them to work in the morning and they would disappear within minutes!
