3/4 cup cooked boneless, skinless, shredded and chopped chicken
4 tsp. hot sauce
4 oz. blue cheese
4 tbsp. finely chopped celery
tortilla chip scoops (I use whole grain)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken and hot sauce. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of mixture in a tortilla scoop and place on baking sheet. Add a small amount of celery and blue cheese to each scoop.

Bake at 400 degrees for 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
