Ingredients:  
2 sticks margarine (1 cup)
3 c.Sugar
4 eggs
5 ripe bananas (mashed real good)
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Buttermilk
1 c. Chopped pecans
2 large or 3 medium loaf pans (foil)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream togehter: margarine and sugar
Add 1 egg @ a time (using all four eggs)
Add mashed bananas & vanilla

Sift together: flour, soda, and salt
Blend flour mix and buttermilk, alternating them, to cream mixture

Blend well & add pecans

Use 2 large or 3 medium (greased) loaf pans (foil)

Bake @ 375 degrees F for 10 minutes; then
Bake @ 250 degrees F for 45 minutes

Use toothpick to test
