1 cup white sugar
1 cup shortening
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp. ginger
Flour (enough to make mixture stiff)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and press into 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 355º for 10-15 minutes.
