1 1/2 cup whipping cream
3 egg yolks
3/4 cup maple syrup
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg yolks and 3 T syrup. In a small pan boil the remaining syrup a few minutes, then add the egg yolk mixture to it and cook until it thickens, stirring constantly. Cool. Beat egg whites, whip cream and combine the three mixtures. Freeze in refrigerator tray and do not stir when freezing.
