1 tbsp. chopped shallots
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 twists of black pepper mill
1 lemon, juiced
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
6 tbsp. olive oil or corn oil
1/2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tbsp. chives, chopped (optional)
1 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together. Serve over mixed salad greens.
