Ingredients:  
3 cups Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
1 package/bag frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
fresh ground pepper
lots of parsley, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix all ingredients together, chill all for at least 1 hour. Grease or apply cooking spray to cookie sheet, shape broccoli mixture into balls, bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
