1 9'' deep pie shell unbaked
1 teaspoon butter
1 small onion chopped
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
6 slices lean bacon cooked and crumbled
2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
3 large eggs
1 cup low fat milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:

Bake @ 400 for 35 min

In a 6'' non-stick skillet melt butter, add onion and saute for 5 min.
Transfer mixture to a medium size bowl.
Toss with the cheese, bacon and flour.
Spread into pie crust
In the same bowl whisk eggs, add milk, salt and nutmeg.
Pour over mixture in crust, bake uncovered until center is set
