1 (12 oz) pkg. wide egg noodle (no yolks)
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 t. Italian seasoning
1 (3 1/2 oz) pkg. sliced pepperoni
3 cups (12 oz) shredded mozzarella. cheese
3 cups (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Cooks noodles according to package directions, meanwhile in a large skillet cook beef and onion, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and Italian seasoning. Drain noodles. In s slow cooker, coated with non-stick cooking spray, spread 1/3 of the meat sauce, cover with 1/3 of the noodles and pepperoni, Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese, repeat the layers twice. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until cheese has melted and its heated through.
